TOMODACHIアラムナイの優秀な次世代リーダー達が、今情熱を傾けていること・挑戦していること、そして「ムーンショット」なアイディアについて参加者の前で発表します。アラムナイ同士でも個人の「ムーンショット」を他のアラムナイと共有できる環境を用意しており、Pay forward とGiving backのサイクルをつくることで、TOMODACHIコミュニティをよりサステナブルにしていきます。

Showcase how a "Derukui" network nurtures resilience, boosts confidence, and by providing them with a safe space where they can share the challenges together and celebrate achievement.

Encourage future leaders to explore how building and being part of a "Derukui" network can bring positive transformation to their personal and professional lives, and how a "Derukui" network can foster joy, and motivation, helping individuals thrive through their own unique experiences.

THIS YEAR'S THEME

 My Derukui Network

 A celebration of achievement and a safe space to share how a "Derukui" network nurtures resilience, boosts confidence. We’re inviting speakers to share real, personal stories about what it means to be a derukui — someone who dares to be different — and the community that helps them keep going.

What Speakers will receive:

If selected to be one of six speakers at the Next Generation Summit

  • Accommodation at the USJC-designated lodging for the nights of August 1st and 2nd, if more than 2 hours of commute is required

  • Travel stipend to cover part of your transportation

  • Complimentary admission to the 2025 NGS

  • Special invitation to the summit reception with sponsors

  • Highlighted on the NGS website and newsletters

  • Photo opportunity with the Judges

  • Award Certificate

  • Invitation to speak at the USJC Annual Conference in Hawaii

  • Accommodation during the USJC Annual Conference
